• Your table is reserved for 1 hour. Even if you are the only party that day, we cannot extend the table time.
• We cannot accommodate walk-in birthday parties, so please leave the cake, presents, and decorations at home if you do not have a birthday party reservation.

If you plan to purchase Waterpark or All-Day + Waterpark Passes, please note that admission is required for entry into the waterpark. However, spectators have the following options:

• Watch for free from the upper mezzanine.
• Purchase a “Spectator Pass” for $5 + tax to access the main level of the waterpark (cannot enter the water).

Children ages 2 and under are limited to the Children’s Aquaplay area, but they receive free entry as long as they are accompanied by an adult with an Regular-Priced Pass (cannot be a Spectator Pass).

• Fridays and Saturdays are busy and longer wait times for attractions should be expected.
• On weekdays during the school year (excluding breaks and holidays), some attractions operate on a schedule, and the waterpark opens at 3:00 pm.
• Towels are available for rent for $3.00 +tax, but bringing your own is recommended.

Yes, the total headcount must include all attendees, including adults. There is no standing room in the party area, so every guest must have a seat.
