A: The best way to start the booking process is by filling out our online Group Request Form. A group sales representative will then contact you to finalize the details.
Q: Is there a minimum number of students required for a school group?
A: Yes, we require a minimum of 20 guests to qualify for our school group rates and packages.
Q: How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
A: All school trip reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to ensure we can accommodate your group.
Q: What happens if it rains on the day of our scheduled trip?
A: No need to worry about unpredictable weather! With both Triple Play Family Fun Park and Raptor Reef Indoor Waterpark, we have plenty of exciting indoor attractions to keep the fun going.
Q: Can we purchase food for our students during our trip?
A: Absolutely! We offer food and drink packages that can easily be added to your school’s reservation. Ask our group sales representative about the options when you book.
Q: Who do I contact if I have more questions?
A: Our group sales representatives are available Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you call and cannot reach someone, please leave a message, and your call will be returned within 24 hours.
