- Lost Falls: our longest tube slide at just under 400 ft. Ride on a double tube; solo riders are welcome.
- The Constrictor: our fastest slide at 350 ft, ridden on a double tube. The Travel Channel featured it as one of the world’s most extreme slides.
- Velociraptor Vortex: a bowl slide that drops riders into a second slide, ridden on a double tube.
- Prehistoric Plunge: a 300 ft high-speed slide you ride on your body or a mat.
- Wave Pool: six wave patterns, waves up to 3 ft and a zero-depth entry. Ages 3 and up.
- Hot tub: a warm soak with a chair lift for easier entry. No children under 3; ages 3–12 must be with an adult.
The fourth slide was added in 2012. Raptor Reef sits next to the go-karts, bowling, laser tag, ropes course and arcade at Triple Play, so you can split a day between the water and the rest of the park.

Safety, cleaning and water quality
Every Raptor Reef lifeguard is certified through Star Guard Elite (SGE) and trains every week to keep that certification.
How our lifeguards train
- They start on the slides. New aquatics team members work as slide dispatchers before they begin lifeguard certification.
- Certification is a three-day course. It covers water rescue, spinal injury care, CPR, choking response and first aid.
- Training never stops. Lifeguards train 1–2 hours every week, with at least 4 hours each month required to keep their certification.
- Re-certification is yearly. Lifeguards re-certify every year and lead guards every two years. Our Aquatics Manager is a certified instructor, so certification happens on-site.
How we keep it clean
When the pools are quiet, our lifeguards are cleaning. On top of daily cleaning during every shift, lifeguards come in every other day (and some weeks every day) to pressure wash the bathrooms, wave pool, kids’ pool, stairs and balcony. Raptor Reef also closes for a week or two each fall for deeper maintenance.
Water and air quality
Our team tests the pool water throughout the day to check water chemistry and temperature. The water is kept at 82°F.
The air is kept at 86°F. Raptor Reef uses a Dectron environmental control system built for indoor pools, which manages humidity and air handling so the space stays comfortable.
Why do indoor pools sometimes smell like chlorine? That smell usually isn’t chlorine itself. It comes from chloramines, which form when chlorine reacts with sweat, body oils and other things swimmers bring into the water. More swimmers means more chloramines. You can help by taking a quick shower at the rinse-off station before you get in.
Amenities and accessibility
Raptor Reef has changing rooms, lockers, towels and free life jackets on site, so you only need to bring a swimsuit.

- Lockers: $10 for the day, just outside the changing rooms. Rent one from a cashier or at the lockers.
