1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Triple Play Family Fun Park & Triple Play Resort Hotel & Suites, located in Hayden, Idaho (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Giveaways are open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, unless otherwise stated. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

3. Entry Method

Entries must be submitted through the official entry form hosted on Sponsor’s website.
Limit one (1) entry per person per giveaway.
Multiple entries submitted by the same person, email address, or through automated methods will be disqualified.
Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the entry process, including mass or bot-generated entries, will result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

4. Entry Period

The giveaway entry period begins and ends on the dates and times specified in the promotional materials. Entries submitted before or after the stated entry period will not be eligible.

5. Prize(s)

Prize details, inclusions, and any restrictions will be listed on the giveaway entry page or promotional materials.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash or other items.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Any expenses not specifically listed as included are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at entry.
If a winner does not respond within 24 hours, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and/or submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any and all liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

10. Privacy

Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will be used solely for administering the giveaway and related communications.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the giveaway. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
