Donation Requests

Donation Requests

All donation requests must be made in writing. If we are able to donate, your donation will be mailed 2-4 weeks before your event. Please, no follow-up calls or emails.

In order to process your donation request, you must submit an official procurement letter with the following information:

• Name of the organization
• Tax ID # – Our donations are limited to 501(C)(3) non-profit organizations and schools
• Date of the event
• Mailing address
• Donation use (we do not donate items to be given as prizes)

The typical donation consists of 4 certificates to Raptor Reef Indoor Waterpark.

Donation requests can be faxed, mailed, or emailed, but we must receive the letter at least 4 weeks in advance to be considered.
